Is there a way that when emailing a payroll stub that it be sent so that the employee has to enter a password in order to open the email? This way the only person that would be able to see the information sent would be that 1 employee. Some of our computers are open and more than one employee is using an email address?

This would have to be something built into the e-mail client.

You can encrypt e-mail, but I don't think it works person-by-person. Plus it's not as simple as just entering a password so it's going to be more trouble than it's worth.

You should take a look at their new "Doculivery" service. http://www.pensoft.com/services/onlinedocuments.aspx

I would love to see this feature!
