Remote Data System

PenSoft Remote Client is a downloadable application to remotely submit payroll information to a payroll processor, multi-location facility, or mobile business and to return reports to clients via a secure page on the PenSoft website.

 

How It Works

The processor enrolls and then registers their clients online.

Clients download and install application once to gain access to secure site. On the site they can modify employee lists, enter time, and enter leave information. They then submit the information to the processor.

The processor retrieves and processes the data when convenient and posts client reports online.

Clients retrieve reports online once the processor has posted them.

Fees & Contract

Monthly fees are automatically debited for the month with any activity. Fees are $0.10 per payroll record (individual employee payroll record) processed with a minimum monthly fee of $10 per Remote Client (fee includes reports to clients). Fees are automatically paid via an EFT from the current customer's bank account.
