Our instructors are leading industry professionals, with diversified expertise in the areas of payroll, information systems, and program development. Their understanding of software implementation and payroll issues is shared with the participants, resulting in an effective training process.

The success of PenSoft training is based on the ability of our trainers to relate and communicate closely and effectively with the participants. It is our mission to offer powerful training sessions designed to provide participants with the information needed to not only learn how to use PenSoft Payroll.net but how to improve the processes driving the software as well.

STEPHANIE SALAVEJUS, CPP
Vice President

Stephanie came to PenSoft in 1993 from the accounting firm Eggleston, Smith, Hall, Cottman & Co. of Newport News, Virginia. Her 21 years experience in payroll and accounting including over 15 years at PenSoft, supporting thousands of PenSoft Payroll.net users from all across the United States, allow Stephanie to create top-notch training curriculum and materials for seminars and workshops.

Stephanie graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Payroll Professional, current president of the Colonial Capital APA Chapter, and serves on the 2008 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference Committee.

MELINEE’ D. CODY, CPP
Director of Support & Training

Melinee’ came to PenSoft in 1997 from Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. A native of Baltimore she grew up in a military family traveling world wide. She has over 22 years of accounting and payroll experience including over 11 years with PenSoft. As Director of Training & Program Support and offsite training instructor, Melinee brings invaluable experience and professionalism to the PenSoft family.  Her exemplary leadership is passed on to program support; enabling PenSoft to provide outstanding customer service.

Melinee’ graduated from University of Maryland overseas division in Hilderburg, Germany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) current President Elect of the Hampton Roads APA chapter, secretary and education coordinator for the Colonial Capital APA Chapter and serves as Co-Chair on the 2008 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference Committee.

JILLIAN ROBINSON, CPP
Program Consultant & Trainer

Jillian came to PenSoft in 2004 from Paychex, Inc., where she earned the titles of Senior Payroll Specialist and Employee Mentor along with being a liaison between branch and corporate operations for payroll related services. She is a native of the DC Metropolitan area. Jillian has over seven years of payroll and customer service experience. In addition to providing outstanding program support to customers worldwide, she is a member of PenSoft's elite team of trainers providing top quality quarterly and annual seminars. Jillian also contributes to the quarterly PenSoft newsletter, monthly electronic newsletter, and assists with research to keep the PenSoft software in compliance with federal and State regulations.

Jillian is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is currently treasurer of the Colonial Capital Chapter of the American Payroll Association (APA). She is also a member of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the APA, and has served as Chair of the Social Committee for the Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference since 2007.

ANDREA MITCHELL
Program Consultant & Trainer

Andrea came to PenSoft in 2005 from Hampton University where she was a Staff Accountant in the Business Office. Before working at Hampton University Andrea was the Senior Payroll Specialist for the University of Hartford. She brings with her over 7 years of payroll, accounting, and customer service experience.

Along with her role as Program Consultant, Andrea contributes to the quarterly PenSoft newsletter, monthly electronic newsletter, and assists with research to keep the PenSoft software in compliance with federal and state regulations. She is working towards earning her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and CPP certification.

RESHAUD ANTHONY
Program Consultant & Trainer

Reshaud came to PenSoft in 2004 from the Faneuill Group where he was a Customer Service Quality Advisor. There he sharpened his customer service skills and trained other associates. Reshaud initially joined PenSoft as a member of the Sales & Administration Department. In 2006, he brought his knowledge of both the PenSoft software and the administration side of the company to become an addition to Program Support.

Along with his role as Program Consultant, Reshaud has created various in-house training documents for the Sales & Administration Department and Program Support Department. Reshaud also contributes to the quarterly and monthly newsletters. In addition to researching federal and state tax guidelines, Reshaud's bi-lingual skills are instrumental in tax research with the Department de Hacienda to ensure Puerto Rico's tax tables are correct.
