How to setup:
- Click Company Tab
- Select the appropriate company
- Click Setup
- Click Payroll Incomes button
- Select the appropriate deduction used for employee health insurance withholding
- Click View/Modify
- Check the box, "Include in Form W-2, Box 14."
- Click OK to save
