Form 8922 Third-Party Sick Pay Recap is used to report sick pay provided by a 3rd party insurer and the taxes withheld that have been withheld. Form 8922 is populated from the information manually entered in the setup of the Form 8922. This information is not computed by PenSoft Payroll.

• Click Federal Tax Reports
• Click Form 8922

The Setup for Form 8922 provides the option to enter:

• Other Party's Name
• Other Party's FEIN
• Sick Pay subject to Federal income tax
• Sick Pay Subject to Social Security Tax
• Sick Pay Subject to Medicare Tax
• Federal Income Tax Withheld
• Social Security Tax Withheld
• Medicare Tax Withheld
• This is a corrected report
